Running on Empty- a show about running, on empty.

A mid-twenties crisis leads to an attempt to run a half-marathon, not even a proper marathon. These videos chart the hopes, dreams and inevitable disappointments of that attempt; a 'plodumentary', if you will (har de har). An exploration of inadequacy, a study in mediocrity. Not even a proper marathon.
